The three things Back to Try New Things

Try New Things — Innovation

Innovation — Something real. Fast.

When did a project last surprise you?

Vibe innovating. We start from a hunch, a guess, or an unformed desire to move in a direction. Then dive in and build something.

Physical or digital. Weeks, not years. Rapid prototyping that’s actually rapid.

It’s how we do our own work. And why we call our office a home for new ideas — a loft where we make lunch, learn to solder, and occasionally end up with forty rotary phones.

Hey, if you work outside your comfort zone, might as well be comfortable in the space.

Come visit, or we’ll come to you.

Tidsresan

Skellefteå’s Education dept teamed up with the children’s science museum. A mission to help kids learn STEAM skills. Goodwill. No progress. Then we got involved. 6 months later, we launched an AI-driven adventure game for preschoolers. Time-travelling, talking suitcase included.

One system instead of a million

Three stages in Stockholm. Hundreds of events. A million separate systems. We built one system that holds everything. Every event, every stage, every last-minute change to the guest list. Easy to access, easy to update. And the website now auto-generates — so while people do their jobs, the correct info magically appears on the site. No CMS in between.

Druvhök 2025

A stuffed bird that knows wine

Can a stuffed bird become a fun and functional pun? We turned this duvhök into a (wait for it) Druvhök by giving it an interactive AI voice trained on Systembolaget’s knowledge of wine. Meet your sharpest new sommelier.

Skellefteå municipality · Future Vision 2025

Yarn Jam

An innovation process dressed as a collaborative two-week open workshop. Everyone from civic organisations and council leadership to local business and grassroots associations was invited to map every initiative in the municipality, big or small. The ingredients were deliberately simple: yarn, paint, chipboard and screwdrivers. Out of them grew a shared, hands-on picture of where a little town up north is heading.

Stupid Hackathon Sweden

Terrible ideas, built in a day

Stupid shit no one needs and terrible ideas. For ten years, many hundreds of people in cities all over Sweden have hacked on the same day — programmers, carpenters, chefs, anyone who likes to make things come to life. Meet at noon, build for a few hours, present, party. A herring organ. A shy security camera. Nobody asks whether it’s useful, so everything actually gets built. The fastest way we know from idea to thing.
